Charging for the simple receipt or distribution of URLs is a desperate trawl for revenue -nothing else. It's not about copyright, it's not about fairness. And, frankly, I doubt very much the law is on their side. We all need to oppose this -that's why the PRCA and CIPR are absolutely united on this. We intend fighting this all the way -join us!
