		<description>The NLA&#039;s proposals are quite outrageous. Charging for the simple receipt or distribution of URLs is a desperate trawl for revenue -nothing else. It&#039;s not about copyright, it&#039;s not about fairness. And, frankly, I doubt very much the law is on their side.

We all need to oppose this -that&#039;s why the PRCA and CIPR are absolutely united on this. 

We intend fighting this all the way -join us!</description>
