After tasting Gez’ organic hock and shoulder, cooked rillettes style in butter filo pastry, I will not lie I am quaking….will sweet things go up against savory?
Eeep I still can’t even decide what I want to bake *_*. It’s too hard to think of something good enough!
Think maybe we ought to have a separate savoury bakeoff (still on the same day, just have a prize for sweet and one for savoury)?
