Personally I thought the ‘REM’ phase was more of a ‘passing out on the sofa at a mate’s house’.

    I certainly feel better after a Stage 2 sleep. Napping at work would be great. Sleep is very important.

    The napping guide is great! Very informative. If we did implement this, I can hear it now…. “Somebody didn’t get their REM last night!” “Yea – go grab a Stage 2 before your next meeting.”

    An hour later…..

    “Uh oh…. I feel groggy….must’ve hit Stage 4″
